SeasonalityAdults have been collected between mid April and mid August. IdentificationSmall and shiny with wiry yellow setae. The tarsal claws lack setae and the frontoclypeal carina is complete. The pronotum bears a large black band on the disc, with the margins varying from black to yellowish-red. This species does not belong in Drasterius; it has been transferred to Agriotella Brown (Johnson, 2001), but this requires further study. Length 4-5 mm.
