Translation of the Chinese text: "Court vest chaogua, the second style, for the Empress Dowager and Empress/In accordance with the decree of the present dynasty:/The court vest of the Empress Dowager and Empress is in azurite-blue colour, trimmed with gold bands. The vest is embroidered with patterns, including a front-facing dragon on each of the front and back, and with four moving-dragon motifs around the waist.
