Left knee reconstruction after anterior cruciate ligament injury (see photos). Reconstruction done in 2000 at 10 years old. Hyperostosis and articular remodeling of medial and lateral condyles of both femur and tibia.
Osteoarthiritis: bony lipping (hyperostosis) of vertebral bodies T4-5 and 11-13, L1-3 and L7-S1. Pitting and eburnation of T4-5. T12 posterior body with severe pitting. Mild lipping on 5th rib heads and tubercles and corresponding lipping on T4 and 5 rib facets.
Dental: hyperostosis of R maxilla dorsal to canine - abscess. Porosity dorsal to LC1and RI3 - mild dental peristosis (infective response). R and L PM4's bone atrophy (receding), L has root caries.
