Handwoven red warp-faced huipil (woman's traditional tunic or blouse, of Maya origin) made from two panels. Red warp has green and pink stripes; discontinuous supplementary wefts in shoulder areas in blue, green, purple, and white. Neck opening is formed by absence of centre seam joining the two panels. Arm openings formed by absence of end of side seams. Centre and side seams are embroidered (randa).
