DescriptionThe site of Zacatenco is located at the eastern entrance of a town with the same name, about 3.2 kilometers from Ticoman. The site is located on the line of the old Spanish colonial aqueduct that runs along the base of the hills from Tlalnepantla to Guadalupe. A spur jutting out from the hange of hills separates this branch of the lake from the main body of Lake Texcoco to the west.
