Site Typerock shelter
DescriptionLocated 35m above the right bank of the Dordogne River, between Couze and Lalinde. A major spring emerges at the base of the cliff, 100m from the site. The site has been badly abused, so stratigraphic information is not available; however, it was reported that three distinct Magdalenian VI horizons existed at this site, each between 10 - 15cm thick.
