IdentificationThis small, black species is very similar to trituberculatus but the outer elytral costa extends over the posterior callus and the lobe of the prothoracic hypomeron is pointed, with a membranous edge. The apices of the elytra are short and rounded in both sexes and the temples are somewhat enlarged.

This small, black species is very similar to trituberculatus but the outer elytral costa extends over the posterior callus and the lobe of the prothoracic hypomeron is pointed, with a membranous edge.
