The frons protrudes anteriorly with a large triangular depression posterad the anterior margin. Life History
Larvae live in decaying pine wood.
Conservation
Rarely collected in Alberta.
Range
Barrhead area. In North America, recorded from Alberta to Nova Scotia, south to Florida.
