Abdomen is constricted at the base, and sternite 7 has two pairs of sub-marginal accessory setae (Mound and Marullo, 1996). In males tergite 1 is narrow, with 2 longitudinal ridges (Mound and Marullo, 1996), and no genital claspers are present (Stannard, 1968).
