SeasonalityAdults fly from mid-September to the end of October. IdentificationAdult antennae are orange-brown and the vertex of the head is orange-brown. Spurs are dark orange-brown and the formula is 1, 2, 2. Forewings are pale to dark oranges-brown and faintly irrorate. In males, the cercus arms are bifid, long and equal in length. The clasper is acuminate and directed postero-dorsad (Nimmo, 1971).

Adult antennae are orange-brown and the vertex of the head is orange-brown. Spurs are dark orange-brown and the formula is 1, 2, 2. Forewings are pale to dark oranges-brown and faintly irrorate. In males, the cercus arms are bifid, long and equal in length. The clasper is acuminate and directed postero-dorsad (Nimmo, 1971).
Life History Annual? Conservation Uncommon. Diet Info Larvae feed on detritus. Range This species is confined to the Rocky Mountains of Alberta and British Columbia (Nimmo, 1971).
