SeasonalityOnly one record collected, September 22. IdentificationAdult antennae are red-brown and the vertex the head is reddish to yellowish brown, except for a dark chocolate brown area between the ocelli in males. In males, the cerci are longer than segment 10 processes, projecting posterad as far as clasper tip. The clasper is terminated by a distinct tuft of setae (Nimmo, 1971).

Adult antennae are red-brown and the vertex the head is reddish to yellowish brown, except for a dark chocolate brown area between the ocelli in males. In males, the cerci are longer than segment 10 processes, projecting posterad as far as clasper tip. The clasper is terminated by a distinct tuft of setae (Nimmo, 1971).
Life History Annual? Conservation Rare. Diet Info Larvae are detritovores. Range This species is known from one location in Alberta, the north Pembina River crossing at the Forestry Trunk Road (Nimmo, 1971).
