Leaves2 basal leaves; opposite; elliptic in shape; attach narrower end; slightly hairy (Moss, 1983). 10-20 cm long and 5-8 cm wide (Johnson et al., 1995). FlowersSingle flower on hairless stalk 10-30 cm tall; sepals and petals lance-shaped; additional sepals and petals yellow-green to greenish-brown; 2-5 cm long; pink lip 3-6 cm long; red veins; drooping; cleft in front (Moss, 1983).
