LeavesSolitary leaf; rarely 2; basal; egg-shaped; 4-12 cm long; round or blunt at apex; taper at base (Moss, 1983). FlowersInflorescence 2-8 cm long; few flowers; greenish-white; upper sepal broad and round; lateral sepals and petals lance to egg-shaped; lip linear to lance-shaped, 5-8 mm long and deflexed; slender spur 5-8 mm long (Moss, 1983). 3-12 flowers in cluster at tip (Johnson et al., 1995).
