LeavesLong basal stalk; three stalked leaflets; leaflets 3 clefts; pair opposite leaves middle of flowering shoot; smaller and less divided (Johnson et al., 1995). 2-4 times longer than wide (Moss, 1983). 3-4.5 cm long. Flowers3-6 in cube-like cluster at shoot tip; bell-shaped; 4-6 lobes; 5-8 mm wide (Johnson et al., 1995). Yellow-green; 2-10 cm long; calyx lobes 2-4; corolla disc-shaped; 4-6 lobes; stamens 8 or 10 in pairs; ovary 3-5 locules; style 3-5 parts (Moss, 1983).
