Overall structure is solid. There are some stains on the top. The miniature jamisen is a fret-less lute with three strings. The plastic body is covered with imitation snake skin, and wrapped with embroidered cloth. The neck and tuning pegs are also made of plastic. The surface decoration is made out of design cloth lace.
