Handwoven huipil (woman's traditional tunic or blouse, of Maya origin) made in three panels of warp-faced plain-weave cotton with white and red striped warps. Horizontal bands formed by continuous and discontinuous supplementary wefts are mostly red with zig-zags and diamonds in various colours. Square neckline; edge of neckline finished with light blue braided band; square cotton neck yoke appliqued with red and blue ric-rack tapes.
