Huipil (woman's traditional tunic or blouse, of Maya origin) of commercially made cotton, decorated with machine-embroidered bands in red and black thread forming stylized flowers, animals and plants; jacquard-woven ribbons, one red and one blue, both with woven-in flowers. Round neckline decorated with a scalloped border of embroidery around neckline edged with Van-Dyked ribbon. Snap fastener at the shoulder.
