Brown silk satin dress with high neck; CF closure of 12 hooks and eyes; 3 hooks and eyes on waist from CF to left; long set-in sleeves; 3 pleats from front shoulder to waistline; waist covered with pleated fabric closes at left with 2 snaps; ankle length skirt slightly flared with overskirt decorated with braid incorporating coloured beads and tassels; row of 6 fabric rosettes in left seam of skirt, 8 tasselled streamers from left side of waist; embroidered applique on front and sleeves.
