Black velvet dress with red, green and gold plaid printed on the fabric. Long sleeved; peplum; flared skirt sewn to black lining fabric. Both lining and skirt sewn into bodice/skirt seam. Hem and peplum hem finished with picot stitch. Machine made lace edge finishes the V neckline.
