Blue dress with front cut in one piece from neck to hem; set-in side pieces. Side piece is gathered from waist to side seams. Back of waist is one piece over the front. Set-in sleeves consisting of long undersleeves with slits at wrists and short, split, puffed oversleeves. Three slits on each sleeve; separate piece of blue fabric over centre slit. Back has bars formed by trapunto; each ends with blue seed beads. Three snap fasteners and 2 on the slit.
