White pillow sham with drawn thread work edges. Each corner has an insert of drawnwork in a floral motif outlined with embroidery in a floral pattern. Monogram embroidered at top edge in satin stitch, french knots and outline stitch; monogram encircled by floral design. Back of case has opening with three buttonholes and one fabric-covered, metal button.
