Brown grosgrain ribbon headband stitched to the interior along lower edge. Unlined. Hatpin, made of sparkles in resin on metal pin, is placed in the hat. Woven label sewn onto headband reads: 'Made in California by Brighton'. additional woven label reads '22 1/2'
