Navy blue and white cloth vest. Front of vest and collar are navy blue with white topstitching. Back of vest and collar are white except for the extension of the front panel under the arm to the waist which is navy blue. Navy blue sections are lined with white cloth. Two interior chest pockets on either side. Standup collar, front part heavily topstitched. Vest is worn short and does not come down as far as the waist. Two interior openings on inside of each front section; may be pocket.
