White cotton case with a pale blue silk frill around it. On the outside the word, HANDKERCHIEFS, is embroidered in stem stitch with blue thread. Underneath the lettering are embroidered green vines and leaves and blue flowers. The vines are joined with a blue satin stitch bow. The edges of the cotton are finished with satin stitch.
