A woman's traditional douillette with CF button opening. Bodice area has two pieces of thin cotton fabric that tie closed to act as a supportive undergarment. The bodice top area is shirred. Long sleeves have a curved cuff-like trim. A half belt is sewn at either side and ties at front. The douillette is long and has eight gores in the skirt. The back waistline area is shirred. Floral print fabric in purple and brown on a white ground; hem is line.
