Navy blue wool wrapper with neck yoke of shirred purple satin; blue satin ribbon tie side at the side at waist and CF hook and threadloop closing; hidden under long ribbon bow with long stream; high collar; gathered into yoke front and back; purple satin ruffle at hem. Inner bodice lined with brown cotton; boned; separate closing at CF with 9 hooks and eyes; brown waistline tape at CB.
