Black taffeta skirt with CB closing with hooks and eyes at waistband; smooth fittin in front, fabric gathered tightly into waistband at the back; applied panel with buttons covered with black fabric at regular intervals around the hemline in back and up at front; 2 pleats and knitted fringes between panel in front. Inside of hem finished with black velvet band.
