Dress with over dress of blue printed fabric. The sleeves are trimmed with blue fabric. The attached belt is of the same fabric as the dress. Buttons are non-functional; CB hook and eye closure. Underdress of white silk in front and net at sides and back, including sleeves; neckyoke of underbodice of filet lace and tape-lace with pink ribbon accents; CB closing of underdress has 10 hooks and eyes in bodice area, one in waistband and 2 in the skirt.
