Black and white striped silk day dress with underslip. Sleeve has multiple bands of black silk and lace overlaying white silk lining. 3 ruffles of black lace over shoulders. Hook and eye closure from left shoulder to below waistline. Black silk V inserts on back and front of bodice. Black velvet tassle at back of bodice ruffle. Black twisted silk cord belt tie, black velvet tassle at front. Skirt with 4 gores, gathered at waist. 4 gored slip of white silk with black lace trim. Slip attached to dress by hand.
