Double layer ivory cotton tulle dress trimmed with silk satin ribbon and cotton lace. 3/4 length set-in sleeves with small tucks from sleeve cap to mid-sleeve. Sleeve edges trimmed with satin ribbon. Decorative crocheted stitch joins sleeve and shoulder. same stitch finishes rounded 'v' neckline. Double layer of tulle bodice. Overbodice looser. Satin bias ribbon tacked across upper bodice front and back and upper sleeves. Ribbon embroidered with repeating flower motif using silk thread and satin stitch. Hook and eye closure at back. Gathered at waist with satin cummerbund attached. Overskirt slightly fuller than underskirt. Overskirt trimmed with 4 horizontal rows of satin and ribbon, with bottom row forming hem. Grosgrain ribbon stabilizes gown on inside.
