Long ballgown in cream/bone silk; attached tunic-like shawl with black and white beading and passementerie; skirt has gold-tone embroidery in dot pattern and short train slightly gathered with passementerie; handle on train for holding it off of floor; tulle upper bodice and sleeves; asymmtrical shawl, extending from CB over shoulders to CF (longer on right side), with overall beading and black passementerie/tulle in front; skirt and lower bodice lined with pink synthetic fabric (original peach silk lining replaced by Edmonton seamstress at request of R.Y. Secord but remnants remain under arms).
