Gold coloured silk satin dress, completely ined. Bodice lined with a cotton twill, skirt may be lined with linen. Square neckline in front, sleeveless. Black ribbon inserted at armhole at a later date. Fitted at waist by darts. These darts form inverted pleats at hipline in the back. Ruffle along the bottom. Seems to be a slight train in the back. CF celt on opening. Self-made buttons. Pocket in side seam on right side.
