Gold satin walking skirt copied from Godey's Lady's Book of December, 1874. Five-panel skirt gathered to waistband; fold-back front panels. Front panel has 5 slanted strips of brown grosgrain ribbon; fold-back portion is edged with grosgrain and 8 glass seed beads. Back of skirt has ruffles of grosgrain. Finished with yellow seam binding on hem. One snap fastener at back opening.
