Dress bodice of green striped fabric with slightly pointed hem at CB. Back features slanted seam from armscye to CB waist, and a side back section; giving a form-fitted look. Inner bodice is fitted with some excess fashion fabric forming a blouson effect over the waistline at CF. Three-quarter length sleeves slightly gathered at the sleeve cap and trimmed at the lower edge with an asymmetrical ruffle and a row of beaded novelty ribbon. The ruffle is made of a complimentary turquoise cotton sateen and is faced with a pink plain woven silk. The same pink also fills the square neckline in a 5cm wide neck-insert. Neckline decorated in front with beaded green gimp. Bodice is completely underlined with a medium weight cotton twill; boned.
