Orange chiffon party dress with boat neckline; no sleeves; cut-outs near neckline at the back. Bodice is strewn with rhinestones; neckline and cut-outs are framed with rows of beading with transparent silvery glass bugle beads and rhinestones. Skirt consists of 6 floating panels set in at lowered waist. Rosette of pink fabric flowers and buds on waistline and between waist and hemline keeping panels together. 2 rows of rhinestones along hem.
