Chiffon party dress with cream coloured bodice and blue skirt; scooped neckline, sleeveless,with lowered waistline; Both bodice and skirt beaded with stylized flowers in pink blue, yellow, orange and light green. Beaded panel attached to back at neckline and the hipline. Neck and armholes are bound with self fabric. Skirt ripped from hem to waist at one side seam. Fabric tender and ripped at underarms.
