Dark blue taffeta evening dress with black lace overlay and tulle inserts in black, marine blue and turquoise. Bodice is sleeveless and has upward pointing empire waistline and v-cut neckline, with a deeper v in the back. 4 layers of fabric in bodice: 3 layers of tulle and 1 of taffeta. Layers are vertically tucked from shoulders to waistline. Piping along raised waistline. Bodice is boned from waist to bustline. Form-fitting skirt cut with princess lines. Skirt is taffeta and black lace with small sequined tulle fans in turquoise and marine blue scattered throughout. CB zipper opening. Side panniers of 3 layers of tulle sewn through side seam from hip to hem.
