Long black crepe evening dress with heavily padded shoulders and embroidered tulle on bodice front. Embroidery pattern of flowers and leaves worked on tulle. Tulle attached just below shoulder to waistline giving a slight blouson effect. V neckline and short sleeves are trimmed with sequin bands. High neckline at CB. Square, heavily padded shoulders. 2 pleats at back waistline. Peg-top bias cut skirt. Extra fullness at waistline gathered into pleat. Band of sequins along waist. Fabric drapes at sides. Skirt back is gored and slit at CB. Side zipper closure.
