Black damask S-curve silk bodice with high neck with narrow lace frill and fitted waist and sleeve. Hook and eye closures at CF and on pintucked waistband with rosette buckle. Ivory silk placket overlaid with black floral lace. Collar and cuffs trimmed with narrow white net ruffle. Lapels held back with 2 carved jet buttons. Lined with brown striped cotton with printed black flowers. CF seams boned.
