Top flounce is 37.0 cm wide and begins 49.0 cm from waistline. 3.0 cm wide lace bands inserted in diamond patterns on flounce. Lace medallions in center of diamonds edged with 6.0 cm lace. Bottom flounce begins 74.5 cm from waist. Flounce is 9.5 cm wide and edged with 4.5 cm wide lace.
