Alpine-subalpine vegetation growing in cracks and soil pockets and in a dry meadow surrounding it. Anemone, Arnica, Penstemon, Arenaria, Draba, Dryas, Geum, Salix, Fragaria, Antennaria, Arctostaphylos, Saxifraga, Oxytropis, Sedum, Erigeron, Polemonium, grasses, Potentilla hookeriana, P. nivea.
