ALBERTA, Calgary, Fish Creek Provincial Park, western portion south of Fish Creek. Either side of bike and hiking tails across meadow openings in aspen forest in Fish Creek Valley bottom; associated with the somewhat disturbed, low meadow of Poa pratensis, Thermopsis rhombifolia, Taraxacum officinale, Vicia americana, Sisyrinchium montanum, Plantago medium, Bromus inermis, extending for 1 to 3 m, but apparently not tolerating the thick thatch of the Bromus inermis meadow that extends further from the trails.
